Anchor Bay Carpark (Tawharanui Open Sanctuary)
Civil IQ was engaged by Rhodes for Roads to assist in the running and delivery of this project. The project was in an environmentally sensitive area, with endangered wildlife. The project consisted of the installation of new drainage, kerbing, footpaths with guard rails, concrete raised speed table, timber stairs and pavement works.
Murray Jones Reserve
Civil IQ was engaged by Rhodes for Roads to assist with the delivery of his project. The project involved drainage, minor earthworks, installation of timber bollards, in-situ concrete beams, footpath construction and subgrade preparation. This project was delivered on time and within budget.
Coatesville walls and slab
This was an interesting project. Earthworks were completed before building retaining walls for a new shed and landscape walls to create more usable space for our client. The ground conditions were tricky. The shed slab was tied in over the top of the timber wall to help support the walls.
